Bill Railer

Mr. Bill Railer is a Learning and Technology specialist working within the Military Personnel Generation Group (MPGG) at National Defence in Canada. He is double hatted as the Director of the MPGG Enhanced Performance Innovation Centre (EPIC) and the Canadian ADL Partnership Centre. Traditionally Mr. Railer has been responsible for promoting innovations in training and education as well as the development and adoption of global learning standards within the DND and Canadian federal departments. Over the last two years, his team has been asked to assist in all areas of Personnel Generation and are having an immediate impact on how the Canadian Armed Forces attract, recruit, train and transition Canadian Armed Forces members.
