LTC Gail Harlow

Lieutenant-Colonel Gail Harlow is a Training Development Officer serving the Canadian Army for the past 34 years. She is currently serving in NATOs Allied Command Transformation in Joint Force Development updating Education and Training Policy for the Alliance. LTC Harlow specializes in Capital Acquisition/Human Interface integration and is a professional instructional designer.
