1. Forgotten your username or password? Use the "Forget" tools below.
  • a. Submit the email address you used in "Forgot your username?".
  • b. Check your email account for the resultant username(s). (*This should arrive without delay)
  • c. Submit your username and email address in "Forgot your password?"(*This should arrive without delay)
  • d. Use these new credentials on the login page.
  • e. If you see a warning [Your user account is not active] enter your correct username, and incorrect password, until you see [The user account has been deactivated due wrong login attempts]. An administrator will see it and resolve within 48 hours.
If the "forget" tools (especially "Forgot your username?) on the system do not provide an email immediately, do not wait - ask us.
(The "forget" tools will respond ONLY if an account matching your email is held on the system, and will ignore all other requests)
If no result, e-mail us (below) with your last known account email address, and Firstname and Lastname.

2. Please DO NOT register MULTIPLE accounts.
If you can't remember your account credentials, use the "Forget" tools, rather than creating multiple accounts.

3. USE YOUR OFFICIAL NATO, Alliance Forces, Alliance Gov. or NATO Affiliated Org. email address whenever possible.
Freemail based accounts are liable to deletion without notice, unless sponsor approval is submitted in the provided field.. Please read your initial registration email for further details.

4. Update your account
Please update all accounts using personal email addresses with your LATEST NATO, Alliance Forces or Alliance Gov email address as soon as possible.
Accounts using NON-NATO domains, and civilian email addresses, such as "gmail" and "hotmail" are strictly limited and liable to deletion.
Keep your account email current: LOGIN, go TOP RIGHT: Select Personal Data and Profile: CONTACT INFORMATION: email

5. Account Deactivation.
If after multiple login attempts you see "The user account has been deactivated due wrong login attempts.",  wait ...
An administrator will see it and resolve within 48 hours.
